(412) reasonable Act or Acts thing or things
Conveyances devices or Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further and better assuring and suremaking of the hereby granted premisses as by the same Thomas his heirs or assignes or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably advised devised or required According to the true Intent and meaning of the parties to these presents Provided that Nothing in this deed shall be taken to avail against the said Mathias so as to burthen him with any of the arrearages of rent due to the Chief Lord of the fee but that the said Thomas and his heirs shall be answerable for his full proportion of one fourth part thereof In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seales the day and year first above written Matth Van Bebber seal Thrordley seal On the back of the aforegoing deed was written as followeth viz.t Sealed and Delivered In presence of Phile Loyd Received the Consideration Money John Clements within Mentioned the same day per me Witness Christ.r Geist M Van Bebber The within Mentioned Matthias Van Bibber Acknowledges the w.th in Instrument as his Act and Deed According to Act of Assembly in that Case made before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland this Twenty fourth day of October Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Twenty four Enrolled June the 17.th 1780 Sam.l Young |
