(409)    Presents is that if the said John Hanse Steelman his
             heirs Executors or Administrators shall well and truly
             pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Zachariah Maccubbin
             his Executors Administrators or Assignes the just
             and full sume of Twenty seven pounds ten shillings
             and three farthings Sterling Money with Legall Intrest
             from the Date hereof at or before the first day of
             June Next Ensuing the Date hereof that then this
             Deed to be void otherwise to be absolute and in full
             Force In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents
             Have Interchangeably set their hands and seals the
             Day and year above Written

             On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorsed
