(408)     Administrators and Assigns All that Tract or Parcell of Land
             Called Walnutt Thickett Lying in Cecill County Containing
             Two hundred Acres more or less Also another Tract or Parcell
             of Land Called Bornes Forrest Lying in Cecill County Containing
             Four hundred acres more or less And According to
             the Meets and Bounds Exprest in the original Certificates
             thereof made by Simon Wilmer Deputy Surveyor of Cecill
             County in the year of Our Lord sixteen Hundred and
             Ninety Five Together with all rights Profits Benefits and
             advantages thereon or thereto belonging or appertaining
             To have and to hold the said Lands and Premisses
             unto him the said Zachariah Maccubbin his Executors
             Administrators and Assigns for ever And to none other
             use intent and purpose whatsoever And the said
             John Hanse Steelman for himself his heirs Executors & Adm.rs
             and every of them Doth Covenant Grant and Agree to and
             with the said Zachariah Maccubbin his heirs Executors
             Administrators and Assignes and every of them by
             these presents in Manner and forme following (that
             is to say) That he the said John Hanse Steelman at
             the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents
             is Right fully and Lawfully seized in Fee of the Lands &
             premisses herein Mencond to be bargained and sold  
             And that he hath ^full &^ absolute power to sell & Dispose of the
             same And further the said John Hanse Steelman for
             himselfe his heirs Executors and Administrators Doth
             Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Zachariah
             Maccubbin his heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes
             that he the said John Hanse Steelman his heirs Executors
             and Administrators the aforesaid Two severall Tracts of
             Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances to him the
             said Zachariah Maccubbin and his heirs from & against
             him the said John Hanse Steelman and his heirs and from
             & against any person or persons claiming by from or
             under them or any of them And from and against all
             Manner of persons Whatsoever Claiming any Estate
             Right Title or Intrest of in or unto the hereby Intended
             Bargained and Sold Land and Premisses with the
             Appurtenances shall and will Warrant and by these
             presents for ever Defend Provided Always and
             the true Intent and Meaning of the parties to these
