(407) On the back of the aforegoing Indenture was
thus Endorst viz.t June the 11.th 1730 Recd of the within Named Will.m Holland sixty pounds sterling the Consideration Money of the within Mencond premisses Witness my hand the Day and year aforesaid Test John Hance Stilman William Cumming Peter Overard A Frazer June y.e 11.th 1730 Maryland fs June y.e 11 1730 Then Came the within Named John Hance Stilman Before Benjamin Tasker Esq.r one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed for the use of the within Named William Holland according to the form of the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided Acknowledged Before me the Day & year afd Benj.a Tasker Recorded this 11.th day of June 1730 ab.t 2 o'th Clock in the afternoon x.d This Indenture made the tenth day of May Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred Thirty Between John Hanse Steelman of Prince Georges County planter of the one part and Zachariah Maccubbin of Ann Arundell County Gent of the other part Wittnesseth that the said John Hanse Steelman for and in Consideration of the sume of Twenty seven pounds ten shillings and three farthings sterling to him in hand paid by the said Zachariah before the Ensealing and Delivery hereof the Receipt whereof he Doth hereby acknowledge Hath Given Granted bargained and sold And by these presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell and Make Over unto the said Zachariah his Executors (Adm.rs) |
