4)  Have and to hold the said Land w.th the appurtences therunto
belonging after the decease of the said William Holland Esq.r unto
him the said John his heirs and assignes for Ever and the s.d
Francis for himself his heirs Exec.rs & Administ.rs doth Covenant
to and with the s.d John his heirs & Assignes y.t the said
John his Heirs & Assignes for Ever after the Death of the
said William Holland Esq.r shall & may have hold possess
occuppy and Enjoy the said Land & Every part thereof w.th
their appurtences without any lett molestation or disturbance
and that the same Land & appurtences shall be always fully
and sufficiently Warranted & Defended by the said Francis
his heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs to the said John his heires & assignes
against all psons Claimes and Incumbrances whatsoever the
Rents & services after the said John shall become possessd
thereof that shall grow due Excepted & foreprized Provided
always and its the true Intent and Meaning of these psents
that If the said Francis shall save & keep harmless &
Indemnifie the said John his heires Ex.rs & adm.rs of & from
all Costs Damages Judgments Charges and troubles whatsoever
that hath or shall happen or be occassioned by the s.d John
his becoming bound as afd Then these psents to be ord to all
Intents & purposes & otherwise to be in full force &
Vigour In Testimny whereof the said Francis hath here
unto put his hand and seall the day and year afs.d

                         Which aforegoing Deed is Endorsed viz.r
