(393) x.d This Indenture made the fourth Day of June        
                in the year of Our Lord God One Thousand seven
                Hundred and Thirty Between Richard Snowden
                of Ann Arundell County in the Province of
                Maryland Gent of the one part and William
                Vernon of the same County and Province aforesaid
                Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that
                the said Richard Snowden for & in consideration of
                Fifty pounds Current Money of the Province
                aforesaid to him the said Richard Snowden at and
                before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents
                in hand paid by the said William Vernon hath
                Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Transferred
                Enfeofed and Confirmed and by these presents do
                fully clearly & absolutely give Grant Bargain
                Sell Aliene Transferr Enfeoff & Confirme unto y.e
                said William Vernon his heirs & assignes for ever
                all that Tract or Parcell of Land being part of
                three Tracts of Land Called Happy Choice, Clarkes
                Groves, and the Addition to Clarkes Groves, Lying
                in Prince Georges County Near Snowdens River
                Beginning at a Bounded Black Oak and running
                from thence Noath twenty perches then Noath
                sixty six Degrees East Thirty perches then South
                seventy three Degrees East Twenty perches then
                Noath seventy one Degrees, East Thirty four
                perches then Noath sixty one Degrees East Twenty
                perches then South seventy Degrees East Forty perches
                then South Eight Degrees West Eighty perches then
                South forty two Degrees West One hundred & Twenty
                perches then West one hundred Thirty six perches
                and halfs and from thence with a streight Lyne
                to the begining Bounded Black Oake containing &
                laid out for one hundred and Fifty five Acres more
                or Less Together with all Dwelling Houses Messuages
                Building Barns Stables Gardens Orchards Out houses
                profitts Comodities Advantages and Appurtenances
                Whatsoever to the same Belonging or any Ways appertaining
                And all pattents Deeds Writeings & Evidences
