(394) Touching the same or any part thereof To
have and to hold all the said parcell of Land and the premisses aforesaid with the appurtenances unto the said William Vernon his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to the only proper use & Behoof of him the said William Vernon his heirs and assigns for ever And the said Richard Snowden for himselfe his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby promise Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said William Vernon his heirs Executors & Administrators & every of them by these presents that he the said Richard Snowden at y.e Time of the Ensealing and Delivery of this present Indenture is seized in his Demeasne as of fee of & in the above Mencond to be Bargained Premisses with the appurtenances of a Good sure & Indefeasable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple Free and Discharged of all Incumbrances whatsoever and he ^is^ the true and perfect owner of the said hereby Bargained premisses And hath in him full power good right and Lawfull Intrest and Authority to Grant Bargain Sell & assigne Over the same premisses to the said William Vernon his Heirs and Assignes for Ever in Manner and forme af.d And that he the said Richard Snowden from him & his heirs and all other persons whatsoever to the said William Vernon his heirs and assignes the same above Bargained premisses with the appurtenances shall and will Warrant and Defend by these presents In Witness whereof the parties first above Named to these present Indentures there hand & seale Interchangeably have sett & put the Day & year first above Written Annoq Domini 1730 Signd Sealed and Deliv.d Richard Snowden seale in the presence of John Gibson Th.o Jennings On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endors.t vizt (Memorandum) |
