(392) at all times for Ever hereafter Warrant and
Defend by these presents And further the said Peasly Ingram Doth for himselfe his heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes that he the said Peasly Ingram and his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times at the Reasonable Request and at the Cost and Charge in the Law of him the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes do make acknowledge suffer and Execute or Cause to be made Done acknowledged suffered and Executed any Other or further Deed or Instrument in Writeing such as the said William his heirs and assignes his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall reasonably Devise Advise or Require for the further and better assurance surety & sure makeing the three severall Tracts or Parcells of Land & premisses aforesaid unto him the said W.m Worthington his heirs and assignes for Ever In Witness whereof the party first above Named hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seale the day and year first above Written Signed Sealed and Peasly Ingram seale Delivd in presence of Benj.a Hammond Tho Clark On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorst viz.t May the 30.th 1730 Then recd of the within named William Worthington the sume of Forty Two pounds Current Money of Maryland being the Consideration Money money within Mencond Peasly Ingram Test.t Benj.a Hammond Tho.s Clark May the 30.th 1730 Then Came the within Mencond Peasly Ingram before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court of Maryland & acknowledged the within Deed according to Act of Assembly in such Cases made & provided before me Benj.a Tasker Recorded the 4.th of June 1730 |
