39)     Nelson Jun.r of Baltemore Con.ty in the s.d Province planter of
          one parte and Richard Jacob of Ann Arundel Coun.ty in the s.d
          Province planter of the other Part Witnesseth That y.e s.d Ambrose
          Nelson Jun.r for and in Consideration of y.e sum of Thirty pounds
          sterling money to him in hand paid by the s.d Richard Jacobs of or
          secured to be paid the receipt whereof he the s.d Ambrose Nelson doth
          hereby acknowledge & himself therew.th to be fully sattisfied content
          & paid & thereof & of every part & parcel there doth acquit exonerate
          & dicharge the s.d Richard Jacob his heirs & assis for ever by
          these p.rsents Hath Granted bargained and sold and by these
          p.rsents Doth Grant bargain & sell unto the s.d Richard Jacob his
          heires & gifts forever All That Tract or parcel of Land Called Nelson
          Chance lying in Baltemore Con.ty on y.e south side of Potapsco River
          & on y.e East side of a Cove descending into Curtiss Creek Beginning
          at a bounded Pine near the head of y.e s.d Cove being a bounded tree of
          Smiths Forest & runs thence w.th the Cove North North West
          Eighty pches to a bounded Chestnut on a point by y.e s.d Creek
          The w.th y.e Creek East & by South forty four pches to a bounded pine
          then North East fifty Eight pches till it Intersects Henry Halls
          Land then w.th y.e s.d Land South south East Three Hundred sixty six
          pches Then West South West Ninety perches then to the first tree
          Containing & laid out for Two Hundred acres of land more or less
          Together w.th all woods & underwoods Timber & timber trees Houses
          out Houses Tobacco Houses dwelling houes orchands gardens fences
          & appurtences w.t soever to y.e s.d Land belonging or in any wise
          appurteyning To Have and to hold The s.d Two hundred acres of
          Land and all and singular other y.e p.rmisses & appurtences w.t soever
          unto him y.e s.d Richard Jacob his heirs & asis for That he the s.d
          Ambrose Nelson for himself his heirs & assis Doth Covenant
          & agree to and with the s.d Richard Jacob his heirs & asis That
