38      Mentioned hath hereunto Interchangebly set their
          hands and affixed their seals the day and Year first

          Memorandum That on the third day of
          November Anno Domini 1724 Came the above mentioned
          John Hudson secundus Before me the subscriber one of
          the Right hon.ble The Lord Proprietary's Justices of the
          Provinciall Court of Maryland aforesaid And acknowledged
          the above mentioned Two tracts of Land and premisses
          with the appertenances and Priveledges thereunto Belonging
          to be the Right Title and Estate of the above named
          Philemon Loyd Esquire his heirs and assignes for ever
          according to the form of the act of Assembly in such
          Cases made and provided
                                  Cap.t & Cognover Die & Anno Supra Dict
                                  Coram Me
                                                       Tho Addision
                         On the back of the said Deed was thus Indorsed

          Then Received of the within named Philemon Loyd Esq the
          sum of thirty seven pounds four shillings Currant money
          it being the Consideration money within mentioned as
          Wittness my hand the Day and year above
