38 Mentioned hath hereunto Interchangebly set
their hands and affixed their seals the day and Year first above Written John Hudson Signed Sealed and Delivered In presence of us Geo Dashiell Jn.o Lawson Memorandum That on the third day of November Anno Domini 1724 Came the above mentioned John Hudson secundus Before me the subscriber one of the Right hon.ble The Lord Proprietary's Justices of the Provinciall Court of Maryland aforesaid And acknowledged the above mentioned Two tracts of Land and premisses with the appertenances and Priveledges thereunto Belonging to be the Right Title and Estate of the above named Philemon Loyd Esquire his heirs and assignes for ever according to the form of the act of Assembly in such Cases made and provided Cap.t & Cognover Die & Anno Supra Dict Coram Me Tho Addision On the back of the said Deed was thus Indorsed Then Received of the within named Philemon Loyd Esq the sum of thirty seven pounds four shillings Currant money it being the Consideration money within mentioned as Wittness my hand the Day and year above Test Hodson Geo Dashiell Jn.o Lawson Record.d November y.e 4.th 1724 This Indenture made the second day of October In the year of our Lord God one Thousand seven hundred Twenty four and in the Ninth Year of y.e Dominion of y.e Right Hono.ble Charles absolute Lord & Proprietary of y.e Provinces of Maryland & Avalon L.d Baron of Baltemore &.ca Between Ambrose |
