(372) Degrees East One hundred and Twenty perches
then South seventy five Degrees East One hundred and thirty six perches then North Twenty Degrees East sixty perches then south seventy Degrees East Forty perches then with a Direct Lyne to the aforesaid Bounded Trees Containing and Laid out for Two hundred Acres of Land more or less With ^all^ the Improvements thereon appurtenances thereunto Belonging To have and to hold the aforesaid Tracts of Land to the aforesaid William His heirs and assignes for Ever The said Henry Doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said William his heirs and assignes for Ever that he the said Henry are seized of the said Land in there Demesne as of fee and that the said Lands are free and Clear of and from all Incumbrances Whatsoever and the said Henry for himselfe his heirs Executors Administrators doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said William his heirs and assignes that the aforesaid Tracts of Lands and Premisses shall be to him and them well and sufficiently Warranted and Defended Against all Persons and Claims whatsoever the Rents & Services hereafter to grow due and payable to the Lord Proprietor his heirs and successors only excepted and Lastly Henry Owings shall and will at any time or times hereafter make and Duly Execute any further or other Conveyance or assurance of the premisses In Witness whereof the said Henry Owings has hereunto set his hand and seale the day and year above Written Henry Owings seale Signd Sealed & Delivered in the presence of us John Moale Christ.o Randall On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was Indorsed as follows viz.t (Memorandum) |
