(37) to him the said Philemon Loyd his heirs
and assignes and to the only use and behoofe of him the said Philemon Loyd his heirs and assignes for ever and to no other use Intent and or purpose Whatsoever and the said John Hudson secundus and Anne his Wife doth hereby for themselves their heirs Executors and Administrators and for every of them Covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the said Philemon Loyd his heirs and Assignes that he the said John Hudson secundus and Anne his Wife their heirs the aforementioned two Tracts of Land and premisses with all and singular the appertenances thereunto Belonging unto him the said Philemon Loyd his heirs and Assignes [that he the said] as well from and against them the said John Hudson secundus and Anne his Wife and their heirs and from and against all manner of persons or persons Claiming or pretending to Claim any right Title or Interest of in or unto the aforementioned bargained and Granted two Tracts or parcells of Land and premisses with the appertenances thereunto belonging or any part or parcell thereof by from or under him the said John Hudson secundus and Anne his Wife and their heirs as also from and against all manner of person or persons whatsoever shall and will Warrants and for ever ^here^ after defend by these presents and further he the said John Hudson secundus and Anne his Wife for themselves and their heirs and every of them doth Covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the said Philemon Loyd and his heirs that the aforementioned two Tracts of Land and premisses with the appertenances at all and every of tim time and times hereafter shall and may peacably and quietly have hold use occupy and enjoy without any Let or Molestation of any person or persons whatsoever and that he the said John Hudson and his heirs shall and will at any time or times hereafter at the reasonable request Cost and Charges in the Law of the said Philemon Loyd or his heirs make do acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be made done acknowledged suffered and Executed all such further and other Act or Acts thing or things Devices & Conveyances or Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the better and more perfect assurance surety and sure makeing of all and singular the premisses aforesaid unto him the said Philemon Loyd his heirs and assignes as his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required according to the true Intent and meaning of these presents In Wittness whereof the parties first above Mentioned |
