             to him the said Philemon Lloyd his heirs and assignes
             for ever and the said John Hudson secundus and Anne
             his Wife for themselves their heirs Executors and Administrators
             Doth ^Covenant^ promise Grant and agree to and with the said Philemon
             Lloyd his heirs Executors and Administrators Assignes that
             he the said John Hudson secundus at the time of the Ensealing
             and Delivery of these presents is seized of his Demesue as of fee
             simple of an in the aforesaid hereby Bargained two Tracts of
             Land and premisses and free and Clear of and from all Incumbrances
             whatsoever and the said John Hudson secundus and
             Anne his Wife for themselves their heirs Executors and
             Administrators Doth further Covenant promise Grant
             and Agree to and with him the said Philemon Loyd his
             heirs Executors and Administrators that the aforesaid hereby
             Granted and Bargained Premisses shall be and remain
