(369) x.d This Indenture made the Twenty Seventh day of March
                in the year of Our Lord God One Thousand seven hundred and
                Thirty Between Henry Davis of Kent County planter & Mary
                his Wife of the one part and Thomas Williams of the City of
                Annapolis in the province of Maryland Merchant of the
                other part Witnesseth that the said Henry Davis and Mary
                his Wife for and in Consideration of the sume of seventeen
                pounds Current Money of Maryland to them in hand paid
                by the said Thomas Williams the receipt whereof the said
                Henry Davis and Mary his Wife do hereby Confess and
                acknowledge and ^thereof^ for ever doe Confess Exonerate & discharge
                the said Thomas Williams his heirs Executors Administrators
                & assigns they the said Henry Davis & Mary his
                Wife Have given Granted Bargained & Sold Aliend &
                Confirmed to the said Thomas Williams his heirs and
                Assignes for ever all that part of a Tract of Land scituate
                and being in Kent County aforesaid Called or known
                by the Name of piny point & beginning at the first
                Beginning tree of the said Land and from the said Tree
                Running West North West Twenty four perches then west
                thirty Eight perches then south south West one hundred
                and thirty perches then East thirty Eight perches then
                East south East Twenty four perches then North North
                East One hundred & thirty perches to the first Begining
                Containing fifty Acres of Land more or less and all Houses
                Buildings Orchards Lands woods ways Waters & advantages
                whatsoever to the same Granted Lands & premisses
                belonging also all the Estate right Title Intrest Claim &
                Demand whatsoever of them the said Henry Davis and
                Mary his Wife of in and ot the same To have and to
                Hold the same fifty Acres of Land and premisses with
                the appurtenances unto the said Thomas Williams
                his heirs and assignes for ever and the said Henry Davis
                and Mary his Wife do by these presents for themselves
                their Heirs Executors ^and^ Administrators and assignes that
                he the said Thomas Williams the before Granted premisses
                & Land with the appurtenances shall & for ever
                hereafter may hold occupy possess and Enjoy And
                that they the said Henry Davis and Mary his Wife y.e
                before Granted Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
                to the said Thomas Williams his heirs and
                assigns against them the said Henry Davis & Mary
                his Wife their Heirs Executors Administrators or
                Assigns & all Claiming by from or under them shall
                and will for Ever hereafter Warrant and Defend
                                                                               (and)
