Lloyd his Heirs Execut.rs Adm.rs or assigns for Ever Hath Given Granted Bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these p.rsents Doth hereby Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto him the said Philemon Lloyd his Heirs and Assigns two tracts or parcells of Land one Called Point Good hope Containing seventy three Acres and lying on the East side of Chesapeake Bay in Dorchester County Beginning at a Marked Red Oak standing by the side of a Marsh and of a Beaver dam branch that issueth out of the South west side of the North west fork of Nantioak River and the west side of ^the said^ Beaver dam branch in the forrest (then runs) South Fifty ^Eight^ degrees west Thirty four perches then North Sixty five Degrees West Forty Seven perches then South Fifty two degrees west Fifty Six perches then South THirty Seven degrees WEst Ninety three perches then South Forty Eight degrees West Two hundred ninety one degrees then North west and by North four perches then North Fifty Eight degrees East One hundred & Forty perches then North Thirty two degrees West Sixteen perches then North Fifty degrees East three hundred fifty two perches then by a Straight line to the said Marked red oak Containing seventy three Acres as aforesaid more or less the other Called the Addition Containing one hundred and Seventy five acres and lying on the East side of a Chesapeak bay in Dorchester County aforesaid Begining at a marked red oak standing by the side of a Marsh on the West side of the North west Fork of Nantioak river and just below the mouth of the Green branch that Issueth one of the aforesaid North west fork Which said Marked red oak is the Bounder of the aforesaid Tract Called Point Good hope then [illegible] from the said Marked red oak south Eighty five Degrees west Thirty four perches then south fifty two degrees West fifty six perches then south thirty seven degrees West ninety three perches then South fifty eight Degrees West one hundred and ninety five perches then South seventy degrees East fifty two perches then South forty seven degrees East twenty seven perches then North forty Degrees East thirty five perches then North fourteen degrees East twenty seven perches then North two degrees East twenty two perches then North fifty three degrees East twenty |
