(358)   To be performed by the said Richard Smith his heirs and
             assignes for us and our heirs Grant unto him the said
             Richard Smith and his Heirs all those two plantations
             part of my Mannor of Calverton on Patuxent River
             Near to a Creek Called Fransham Creek of which
             plantations one is the plantation which Michael
             Swift Formerly did Live upon the Other is the
             plantation which M.r Jenkins now Dwells upon begining
             at a Bounded Wallnutt Tree standing on the South
             side of S.t Nicholas Creek near the mouth thereof
             on an Island so made by a Marsh that runs through
             from the said Creek to the Patuxent River then running 
             Downe and with the said River these severall Courses
             following Viz.t south fifty four Degrees West Thirty
             five perches then South four Degrees West Forty
             perches then South Twenty perches then South
             thirteen Degrees Easterly one hundred and Eleven
             perches then South five Degrees Easterly three
             perches then south forty six Degrees West Thirty
             Two perches to Hollowing Point then South thirty
             Eight Degrees West fifty seven perches then south
             sixteen Degrees East sixty perches then South West
             & by West thirty perches to the mouth of Kings
             Creek then up & with the said Creek these following
             Courses Viz.t North thirteen Degres West ten perches
             then North Twenty Eight Degrees East Twenty perches then
             North Twenty two Degrees East Twenty perches then
             North Eighty four perches then North forty one Degrees
             West Twenty four perches then North ninety two perches
             then West Twenty two Degrees then North Forty perches
             then North Forty two Degrees West Fifty two perches
             to a sapling white oak now bounded and standing on
             the West side of the said Kings Creek Main Branch
             and Near the head thereof thence running West Nine Degrees
             southerly Two hundred and Forty perches to a Bounded
             Red Oak Marked with five notches formerly for a bounded
             Tree of Boques Land which M.r Thomas Taney now lives
             upon thence North ninety perches then North Sixty
