(357)     The proper Goods and Chattells & money of the aforesaid
             James Dickenson in the same House then being feloniously
             and Burglariously to steale take and bear away agains.t
             Our peace Good Rule and Government and Grant unto him our
             firm peace and will not that he suffer any Corporall punishment
             therefore but that Nevertheless he shall stand and be in the
             same plight state & Condition to all intents and purposes
             as if the said Felony and Burglary had never been done
             or Committed, Witness Our Dear Brother Benedict Leonard
             Calvert Esq.r Governour and Commander in Chief in & Over
             our said province of Maryland this Twenty Eighth day
             of October in the fifteenth year of Our Dominion
             &c Annoq Domini 1729

     x.d   Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietor of the Provinces
             of Maryland and Avalon Lord Barron of Baltemore &c
             To all Persons to whom these presents shall Come Greeting
             in Our Lord God Everlasting Know yee that whereas Rich.d
             Smith Sen.r of Leonards Creek in Calvert County in our
             Province of Maryland has by our Authority and Order
             had and Caused the Lands hereafter Mentioned to be surveyed
             by John Brooke One of Our surveyors in the said Province
             of Maryland of which survey the said Richard Smith has sent
             us a Certificate under the said John Brooks hand Dated the
             thirteenth day of August 1707 Expressing the Number of
             Acres Bounds Limits and Courses of the said Lands as
             herein after is expressed to the end a Patent thereof
             should be made to the said Richard Smith and his heirs
             And Whereas the said Richard Smith hath by his
             Humble Petition requested us to grant by Our Letters
             Patents unto him the said Richard Smith his heirs the
             said Tracts of Land as herein after Described that Wee
             do therefore hereby in Consideration of the Rents Covenants
             and Conditions herein after Expressed and Mentioned
