(352) Three Thousand three hundred Acres More or less
as also seven Negroes named as followeth viz.t Robin Susan Sam.ll Jane his Wife Bacon Abigal & Jeney her Daughter To have and to hold all the afd severall Tracts and parcells of Land & premisses and all the aforesaid Negroes and all & singular the premisses before mentioned or intended to be hereby Given Granted Bargained & Sold with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Mary Woodward & and Eliz.a Ginn their Heirs and Assignes for ever Provided always and upon Condition that if the said Thomas Larkin his heirs executors administrators or assigns or either of them shall or Doe well & truly pay or cause to be paid to the said Mary Woodward and Eliz.a Guin their heirs executors administrators & assignes or Lawfull attorney the full and just sume of one hundred Ninety One pounds ten shillings and three pence sterling without fraud or covin on or before the first day of November which will happen in y.e year of our Lord seventeen hundred and thirty one that then and from thenceforth this present ^Grant^ & mortgage shall cease Determine and be void and of none effect or else shall continue and remain in full force and virtue and the said Thomas Larkin for himselfe his heirs executors administrators and assignes & for every of them doth covenant and agree to and with the said Mary Woodward and Eliz.a Guin their ^heirs^ Ex.rs and administrators & every of them by these presents that he the said Thomas Larkin his heirs executors administrators & assignes or some of them shall & will well & truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Mary Woodward & Elizabeth Ginn their heirs or assignes or certain attorney the said full and just sume of one hundred Ninety One pounds Ten shillings and three pence sterling in the said provisoe or condition mentioned of the payment whereof to wit in manner and forme afd at or upon the first day of November in the year seventeen hundred & thirty one ^afd^ and according to the True Intent & Meaning hereof expressed & the said Thomas Larkin for himselfe his heirs executors administrators & assignes & every of them doth |
