             Land and premisses af.d by vertue of the deed aforemention'd
             or by any bequest of the af.d Jn.o Brice to her made of the same

                      Then the within mentioned Sarah Brice Came
             before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of
             The Provinciale Court and acknowledged the within Deed and
             The land and premisses therein containd to be the right and
             Estate of the within mentioned Thomas Tolly his heirs
             and assigns forever according to the tennor true intent and
             Meaning of the within deed and the acts of assembly of
             This Province in such cases made and provided

             of our Lord God One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty four
             Between John Hudson secundus of Dorchester County Gent
             and Anne his Wife of the one part and Philemon Lloyd of
             Queen Anns County Esq.r of the other part Witnesseth that
             the said John Hudsons secundus and Anne his wife for and in
             Consideracon of the Sum of Thirty Seven pounds four Shillings
             Current money of Maryland to them in hand paid by the said
             Philemon Lloyd the Receipt whereof the said John Hudson
             secundus and Anne his wife doth hereby acknowledge and all
             and every part or parcell thereof doth hereby acknowledge acquit
