(349) x.d  This Indenture made this sixth day of August Anno
                Domini One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty Nine
                by and between Mich.ll Taylor of Prince Georges County
                in the province of Maryland Gent of the one part
                and Charles Carroll Esq.r and Doctor Charles Carroll bouth of
                the City of Annapolis Ex.rs of James Carroll Esq.r deceased
                of the other part Witnesseth that the said Mich.ll Taylor
                for and in Consideration of the sume of One hundred &
                Thirty pounds sterling to him in hand paid by the said
                Charles Carroll Esq.r & Doctor Charles Carroll as Executors
                afd the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
                Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed &
                Confirmed And Doth by these presents absolutely and
                Freely Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and
                Confirme unto them the said Charles Carroll Esq.r & Doctor
                Charles Carroll as Executors aforesaid The three following
                Tracts or parcells of Land scituate lying and being
                in Baltemore County on Deer Creek viz.t one Tract or parcell
                Called Roughstone Containing four hundred ^and twenty^ Acres S.t Anns
                containing Two hundred acres and the Spittle Craft Containing
                five hundred acres in all Containing eleven
                hundred & twenty acres as by the severall patents Granted
                To the said Taylor may appear Together with all and
                singular the Buildings & appurtenances on or to the
                said Three Tracts of Land Belonging or in any wise
                appurtaining To have and to hold To them the said Charles
                Carroll Esq.r and Doctor Charles Carroll as Executors afores.d
                their Heirs and assignes for ever to and for the proper
                use and Behoofe of the Estate of the said James Carroll
                Esq.r Deceased And to no other use meaning or Intent
                whatsoever according to the Tennour of his Will
                reffereance thereunto being had may appear And
                the said Mich.ll Doth Covenant Grant and Agree to
                and with the said Charles Carroll Esq.r and Doctor Charles
                Carroll that at the time of Ensealing and Delivery
                of these presents he the said Michael hath good right
                full power and Lawfull authority To Give Grant
                Bargain ^&^ Sell the aforesaid Land and premisses
                And further that he will at all times hereafter Warr.t
                and Defend the aforesaid Three Tracts of Land by their
                Meets and bounds as well against him the said Mich.ll
                as any other person whatsoever Provided Always
                And it is the true Intent & Meaning of these presents
                that if the said Mich.ll his heirs Executors Administrators
