(350) Administrators or assigns shall and will well
& truly pay and sattisfye unto the said Charles Carroll Esq.r and Doctor Charles Carroll they or either of us as executors aforesaid and to and for the use af.d the just and full sume of one hundred & thirty pounds sterling money of Great Brittain with Legall Intrest for the same at or before the sixth Day of August which shall be in the the year One Thousand seven hundred & thirty one then the foregoing Deed or Bargain of sale to become void any thing therein contained to the contrary Notwithstanding In Testimony whereof the said Mich.ll hath hereunto set his hand & affixt his seale the day and year above Written Signd Sealed & Delivered M Taylor seale in the presence of Dan.ll Carroll Cha Daniell (1729) On the back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorsed viz.t Aug.t 6.th 1729 Then Received of Charles Carroll Esq.r & Doctor Charles Carroll the sume of One hundred and Thirty pounds sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned I say recd by me Dan.ll Carroll M Taylor £ 130 Charles Daniel 1729 August the 7.th 1729 Then Came before me one of his Lp.s Justices of the provinciall Court Mich.ll Taylor party to the within Deed and acknowledged the same and y.e Lands & premisses therein Granted and Sold to be the Right & Estate of Charles Carroll Esq.r & D.r Cha.s Carroll to and for the use therein mentioned according to the Act in that Case made and provided Benj.a Tasker Recorded this 22.d day of Aug.t 1729 |
