(348) Name right or steed shall at any Time hereafter have Claime Challenge or Demand any Estate Title or Intrest therein or thereto but from all and Every Claime Title Intrest or Estate Whatsoever in or to the said part or parcell of Land and appurtenances thereon or thereto belonging shall be utterly barred and Excluded for Ever by these presents In Witness whereof the said John Roberts hath hereunto set his hand and seale this fourth day of June Anno Domini One Thousand seven hundred Twenty and Nine John Roberts seale Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us John Chocke James Newson On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst viz.t Memorandum that on the fourth day of June 1729 Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court the within Named John Roberts & acknowledged the within Deed and the Lands and premisses therein Mentioned to be the right of y.e within Named Gerrard Hopkins his heirs & assignes for Ever William Lock Recorded this twenty second day of August 1729 |
