(347) x.d Maryland fs   To all persons To whome these present
             shall come John Roberts of Ann Arundell County son of Henry
             Roberts & Grandson of Andrew Roberts Deceased sendeth
             Greeting Know ye that Whereas the above Andrew
             Roberts was Leagnially possessed and intituled in fee
             simple to the one moyety or half part of a Certain
             Tract of Land lying in the said County Called Ropers
             Range and did by his Last Will and Testament Bequeave
             the same to his son Henry Father To the said John
             Whome Entred and Lived thereon but through Misfortunes
             and poverty was oblidged to sell the same for his
             Relief part thereof to a certain Gerrard Hopkins
             of the County and province af.d and of him received
             the full value for such part sold him and the same
             did make over by Deed of Conveyance duly Executed
             in every part thereof But notwithstanding all the
             aforesaid proceedings he conceive there might be
             some Roome from the ambiguous Expressions
             in his aforesaid Grandfathers will for him to contend
             with the said Hopkins about the Title thereof
             yet under the Considerations of the service that the
             aforesaid purchase money did his Father in his Extremity
             as alsoe for the sume of Twelve pounds
             Currant Money of this province to him in hand
             paid by the said Hopkins before the Ensealing and
             delivery Hereof and for Divers other Good Causes & Considerations
             him thereunto specially moving he the said
             John Roberts for himselfe his heirs executors and
             administrators doth hereby fully freely & absolutely
             renounce release & for ever quit claime unto
             the said Gerrard Hopkins in his full and peaceable
             possession and Seasure thereof now being all the
             Right Title Claim Intrest & demand whatsoever
             of him the said John Roberts of in and to the
             aforesaid part of Ropers Range and what part
             that is will appear by the aforesaid Deed of
             Conveyance upon Record To have and to hold
             the said part or parcell of Land and appurtenances
             thereon or thereto belonging to him the said
             Gerrard Hopkins his heirs and assignes for
             ever so that neither the said John Roberts nor
             his heirs nor any other person or persons in his
