(346)    Brittain and Also the further sum ^or sums of^ six pounds sterling
             for every six months or Halfe year Dureing the
             Naturall Life of the said Alexander Frazier & the
             sepperation afore.d and the continuance of the said
             Allison in Great Brittain as an Alimony and
             ^seperate maintainance^ the said Alimony & Maintainace Commencing
             from the first of the six pounds sterling above mentioned
             at her arivall in Great Brittain as afd and the
             said money yearly and every year shall remit to England
             or Scotland at the Discretion of the above named John
             Lawson And Whereas the said Alexander in Consideration
             the said Alison agrees never to molest disturb or
             Disquiet him the said Alexander During his natural
             Life otherwise then by Demanding and Insisting on the
             performance of the agrements articles clauses herein
             contained hath not only agreed to the foregoing Terms
             But also hath agreed to authorize and Impower the
             said Allison to Collect Demand and Receive all Money
             Goods Wares Chattles Effects and Estate whatsoever
             Whereunto the said Allison was intittled in her own
             Right either in Law or Equity before or since her
             Intermarriage with the said Alexander and to permit
             Her to Dispose thereof by way of Alimony at her own
             will and pleasure as absolutely as she might do if she
             was sole Now the Condition of the above Obligation is
             such that if the said Alexander in Case the said Alison
             shall well & truly observe fulfill and performe the
             terms and agreements herein before expressed on her
             part to be fulfilled kept & observed or performed shall
             well and truly make the severall & Respectfully payments
             herein before mentioned and faithfully Observe
             performe fulfill and keep all other the Terms and
             Agreements on his part to be kept & performed then
             the above obligation to be void and none Effects else
             to be in full force and virtue
