(338)   Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents
             Doth fully freely Clearly and Absolutely give Grant
             Bargain Sell Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said
             Amos Woodward his heirs and assignes for ever all
             that Tract or parcell of Land Called Owings Adventure
             Lying in Baltemore County aforesaid on the North
             side of Patapseco River in the Woods Containing
             and laid out for four hundred and fifty acres
             more or less except such that thereof that was sold
             out of the ^sd^ Tract by Richard Owings Deceased Father
             To the said Richard Owings one of the parties to
             these presents To have & and to hold all the aforesd
             Tract of Land and premisses with the appurtenances
             thereunto belonging or in any wise
             appertaining (Except before Excepted) unto him
             the said Amos Woodward his heirs & assigns for ever
             and to the only use and profitt of him the said Amos
             Woodward his heirs and assignes & to no other use
             Intent or Purpose whatsoever And he the said Richard
             Owings for himselfe his heirs Executors & Administrators
             Doth Covenant Promise Grant and agree
             To and with the said Amos Woodward his heirs Ex.rs
             Administrators & assignes and every of them that
             He the said Richard Owings his heirs executors
             and administrators shall and will for ever Warr.t
             and Defend the aforesaid Land and premisses
             (Except before Excepted) against all manner of
             persons whatsoever Claiming any right Title or
             Intrest whatsoever to the said Land and premisses
             And the said Richard Owings for himselfe his
             heirs executors & administrators Doth further
             Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and
             with the said Amos Woodward his heirs executors
             administrators and assignes that he the said
             Richard Owings and his heirs shall and will at y.e
             Reasonable req.t and at the Costs & Charges in the
             Law of him the said Amos Woodward his heirs
