             Elizabeth Wife of the aforesaid Snowden and acknowledged
             her Right according to Act of Assembly

             Came the within M.r William Chiffen and acknowledgd
             the within Land and Premisses to be the right of
             the Within M.r Richard Moore Before me
                                                          William Lock
             Recorded this 12.th day
             of June 1729





       x.d   Maryland fs   This Indenture made the 4.th day
                                of June in the year of Our Lord One
                            Thousand seven hundred and Twenty nine
                        Between Richard Owings of Baltemore
                    County in the province of Maryland planter
                of the one part and Amos Woodward of Anne Arundel
             County in the province aforesaid Merchant
             of the other part Witnesseth that the said Richard
             Owings for and in Consideration of the sume of seventy
             pounds sterling to him the said Richard Owings
             in hand well and truly paid by the said Amos Woodward
             at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
             presents the receipt whereof he the said Richard
             Owings Doth hereby acknowledge & therewith to
             be fully sattisfied Contented and paid and thereof
             and of Every part & parcell thereof the said Amos
             Woodward his heirs Executors and Administrators doth
             acquitt exonerate and for ever Discharge by these
             presents Hath Given Granted bargained sold
                                                             (Aliened)
