(339)    Executors Administrators and Assignes make acknowledge
             and execute or cause to be made acknowledged
             and executed by such further & other Lawfull Act &
             Act thing and things Devise and Devises assurance
             and assurances in the Law whatsoever as by the
             said Amos Woodward his heirs executors administrators
             or assignes or his or their Councill Learned in
             the Law shall be reasonable Devised Advised and
             required for the better assureing sure making and
             conveying the Land and premisses afd (Except before
             Excepted) unto the said Amos Woodward heirs and
             assigns for ever according to the true intent & meaning
             of these presents Provided always and it is the
             true intent & meaning of these presents that if
             the said Richard Owings his heirs executors adm.rs
             or assigns shall well & truly pay or cause to be
             paid unto the above named Amos Woodward his heirs
             executors administrators or assignes the full & just
             sume of seventy pounds sterling money at or upon
             the fourth day of June which shall be in the year
             of Our Lord God seventeen hundred & thirty one that
             then this deed and every matter clause & thing
             therein contained shall be utterly void and of no
             effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue
             in Law any thing ^hereby^ contained to the contrary thereof
             in any wise notwithstanding In Witness
             Whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto
             Interchangeably sett their hands & seales
             the day & year first above Written
