(335)    said parts of Tracts or Either of them belonging or in
             any manner of way appertaining to the only proper
             use and behoofe of him the said Richard Moore his heirs
             and assignes and to no other use Intent Construction or
             purpose whatsoever To have and to hold the aforesaid
             parts of the aforesaid Tracts or parcells of Land that
             is to say part of Jiams Choice the other of Cheneys
             Adventure as aforesaid according to the bounds afores.d
             unto him the said Richard Moore his heirs and assigns
             for ever And they the said Richard Snowden & William
             Chiffren Do for themselves and each of them theirs and
             each of their heirs Executors & Administrators Covenant
             promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Rich.d
             Moore his heirs and assignes That he the said Richard
             Snowden is seized of and in the aforesaid parts of
             the aforesaid Two parcells of Land of a Good Indeafeazable
             Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple and that
             he hath Good right full power Lawfull & Absolute
             Authority to Grant Bargain & Sell the aforesaid
             parts of the Two Tracts of Land and premisses af.d with
             the appurtenances unto him the said Richard Moore
             his heirs & assignes in manner & forme aforesaid And
             that the aforesaid parts or parcells of Land are free
             and Clear Exonerated & Discharged of all Incumbrances
             whatsoever & the said Richard Snowden and
             William Chiffen Do for themselves & Each of them
             theirs & each of their Heirs Executors & Administrators
             Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to and
             with the said Richard Moore his heirs & assignes
             the Lands & premisses aforesaid of & from all manner
             of former Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Leasses
             Estates Joyntures Dowers Titles of Dower And all
             Other Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever had
             Made Committed Done Acknowledged Levyd Executed
             or Suffered by them the said Richard Snowden and
             William Chiffen or any other person or persons
             whatsoever shall & will for ever hereafter warrant
             and Defend the Rents to become due to his Lordship
             excepted And Further they the said Richard Snowden
             and William Chiffen do for themselves and each
