(336)    of them theirs and each of their Heirs Executors and
             Administrators Covenant promise grant & agree
             To and with the said Richard Moore his heirs & assigns
             that they the said Richard Snowden and William and
             William Chiffen and their heirs shall & will from
             time to time and at all times hereafter at the
             Reasonably request & at the Cost and Charge in the
             Law of him the said Richard Moore his heirs and
             assignes Do make acknowledge suffer & execute
             any further Deed or Instrument in writing such as
             the said Richard Moore his heirs or assigns his or their
             Councell Learned in the Law shall reasonably devise
             advise or Require for the further & better assurance
             surety and sure making the Lands and premisses
             aforesaid unto him the said Richard Moore his
             heirs & assigns for ever In Testimony whereof the
             partys to these presents have Interchangeably
             set their hands and affixed their seals the day
             and year above Written
