(334) x.d  This Indenture made the third day of Aprill in
                the year of Our Lord God One Thousand seven hundred &
                Twenty Nine Between Richard Snowden of Ann Arundell
                County Gent and William Chiffen of the said County
                Shipwright of the one part And Richard Moore of
                the County aforesaid Gent of the Other part Witnesseth
                that the said Richard Snowden and William Chiffen
                and Elizabeth Wife of the said Richard for and in
                Consideration of the sume of Forty pounds Current
                Money to him the said Richard in hand paid the
                receipt whereof he Doth hereby acknowledge Have
                Given Granted Bargained and Sold as by these presents
                they the said Richard Snowden & William
                Chiffen and Elizabeth the Wife of the said Rich.d
                Doe for themselves severally and their heirs severally
                Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe Confirm and
                make Over unto the said Richard Moore his heirs &
                assigns for Ever Certain parts of two Certain Tracts
                of Land One Called Chenys Adventure the other
                Jiams Choice scituated Lying and being in Prince
                Georges County on the West side of the main branch
                of Patuxent River Begining at a Bounded Hiccory
                standing by the Maine North Branch of the said
                River where stood a Bounded Live Oak and Running
                thence up the said River North West and by North
                sixty two perches to a Bounded ^Birch^ standing in
                a puccossen by the said Branch side then South
                South West One hundred eighty two perches to a draft
                of the said Maine Branch Called the Long Meddow
                then bounding on the said Draft running down East
                by South sixty two perches to a stooping white oak
                standing by the aforesaid Draft side then East one
                hundred eighty eight perches to a bounded oak standing
                by the aforesaid Main Branch syde then bounding
                on and with the said Main Branch to the begining
                Tree Containing One hundred and thirty acres be
                the same More or less Together with all & singular
                the Improvements Conveyances & advantages to the
                                                                               (said)
