(331)    for their severall & Respective heirs Executors and Administrators
             but not for the heirs Executors Administrators of the other
             Do  & Each of them Doth promise Covenant ^promise^ and agree to
             and with the said Darby Conner his heirs and assignes that
             for and notwithstanding any act matter or thing by them
             done or Either of them respectively done or either of them
             Respectively done he the said Darby Conner his heirs and
             assignes shall and may peaceably & quietly have hold use
             occupy possess & enjoy all and singular the said hereby bargained
             and sold premisses or so intended to be with their
             appurtenances unto his and their uses without y.e Lawfull
             Let Suit Trouble Molestation Inturuption or Disturbance
             of them the said John Hyde and Charles Lowe or of any
             person or persons Clayming by from or under them or Either
             of them Respectively And the said Charles Lord Baltemore
             for himselfe his heirs executors and administrators doth
             Covenant promise & agree to and with the said Darby
             Conner his heirs and assigns that for & notwithstanding any
             Act Matter or thing Done by him or Charles Lord Baltemore
             his Grandfather or Benedict Leonard Lord Baltimore
             Deceased father of the said Charles Lord Baltemore
             party to these presents or any or Either of them respectively
             done or wilfullly permitted to be done they
             the said Charles Lord Baltemore John Hyde & Charles
             Lowe have or some of them hath full power & authority
             to Grant Bargain & Sell all and singular the said
             hereby bargained and sold Land and premisses or so
             Intended to be with their appurtenances unto the
             said Darby Conner his heirs and assigns ^as^ aforesaid and
             Also the said Charles Lord Baltemore doth further  
             Covenant in Manner and forme aforesaid to & with
             the said Darby Conner his heirs and assignes that for
             and notwithstanding any Act Matter or thing by
             him or Charles Lord Baltemore his Grandfather or
             Benedict Leonard Lord Baltemore his Father Done
             or permitted to be done he the said Darby Conner his
             heirs and assignes shall & may peaceably & quietly have
             hold use occupy possess & Enjoy all and singular the
