(332) Be with their appurtenances unto his and their
Uses Without the Lawfull Let Suit Trouble Molestation Inturuption or Disturbance of him or of any person or persons Claiming by from or under him or Charles Lord Baltemore his Grandfather or Benedict Leonard Lord Baltemore his father or the said John Hyde or the said Charles Lowe or any of them And further that he the said Charles Lord Baltemore and they the said John Hyde and Charles Lowe & Every of them shall & will upon the reasonable request & at y.e proper Charges of him the said Darby Conner his heirs & assigns Do make acknowledge Levy suffer & Execute or Cause to be made done acknowledged Levyed suffered & Executed all and every such further and other reasonable & Lawfull Act or Acts Assurances and Conveyances in the Law as shall be thought requisite or proper by the Council Learned in the Law of him the said Darby Conner his heirs or assignes be it by one or more fine or fines Recovery or Recoverys Deed or Deeds Inrolled or not Inrolled or Otherwise as shall be advised as aforesaid In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have Interchangably sett their hands & seales the Day & year first above Written Sealed & Delivered Baltemore seale in the presence of John Hyde seale Clem.t Brooke Jun.r Charles Lowe seale And.r Senhouse On the back of the aforegoing Indenture was Indorsed as follows viz.t Reced of the within named Darby Connor 20.l by the hands of John Hyde & Co the sume of Twenty pounds being the Consideration Money within Mentioned In Witness whereof we have here unto sett our hands the Day and year first within Written J Hyde Witness Clem.t Brooke Jun.r Cha Lowe And Senhouse |
