33 Ex.d This Indenture made the 30 Day of October Seventeen hundred and Twenty four Between Sarah Brice of Ann Arundele County widdow and Executrix of the Testament and last will of John Brice late of the County af.d Merchant deed of the One part and Thomas Solley of Baltemore County Gent of the Other part Witnesseth that whereas James Richardson late of Baltemore County Court Gent deed by his Deed duly Made Executed & Recorded bearing Date the Eighteenth Day of June Seventeen hundred & Eleven for the Consideration therein menconed Did bargain sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said John Brice his heirs & assigns for Ever five hundred & Eight Acres of Land being such part of a Certain tract of Land Granted unto Thomas Richardson father to the said James Called Richardsons Outlet as the said Thomas Richardson by his Deed of Guift remaining on record in Baltemore County dated the third Day of August One thousand six hundred and ninety seaven Gave and Granted unto his said son the af.d James Richardson with the following warrants and Provisoe viz That he the af.d James Richardson should And Would warrant and forever defend the same above bargained Premisses with their appurtenances unto him the said Jn.o Brice his heirs and assigns forever against all manner of persons what soever Claiming or to Claim by from or under him the said James and his heirs or by from or under any person or persons Whatsoever Provided always and it was the true intent and Meaning of these presents that if the af.d James Richardson his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns ^should well & truly or Cause to be unto the af.d John Brice his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assigns^ on or before the Expiracon of three years from the Date of those presents the full sum of thirty Pounds sterling money in London with lawfull interest from the Date thereof and all Charges of Conveying Inconveying Alienation drawing the deeds and recording &c.a then the abovesaid lead and premisses should avert and remain to the said James Richardson his heirs and assigns And this present Indenture or deed to be void To lease and be of none Essent to all intents and purposes as by The same Indenture referrence being thereto had may more Fully and at large appear Now This Indenture further Witnesseth that the said Sarah Brice Ex.t as af.d for an in Consideration of the sum of fourty one p.ds sterling money of Great Brittain to her in hand p.d by the said Tho.s Tolley before the sealing and delivery of these presents the rec.rd whereof she doth hereby acknowledge hath Remised Released and forever Quit claimed And by these presents doth remise release and forever Quit claim unto the said Tho.s Tolley his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Forever by then presents all her the said Sarah Brices Right Title |
