(32) hereafter Claimes any right title or
Intrest of in or to the same or to any part or Parcell thereof and from all other Claims or intanglements w.tsoever In Wittness whereof the said Henry Fitch hath hereunto set his hand and affixed His seal the Day and Year above Written Henry Fitch seal Signed Sealed and Signa Delivered in the presents of us Mary + Fitch seal P Thomas Joseph Richardson Memorandum That the w.thin named Henry Fitch And Mary his Wife Came before us whose Names are hereunto Subscribed and did then & there acknowledge the within written Indenture and the Land & prmises therein menconed to be the Right and property of the within named Richard Snowden according to the true Intent and meaning of the within written Indenture and that the same was his voluntary Act and Deed in Testimony Whereunto Subscribed our names the Day Above written Memorand That on the 25.th Day of August Anno Dom 1724 came the within Named Henry Fitch and did acknowledge the within menconed Land & pmisses to be the Right of the within Named Richard Snowden his heirs & assigns for Ever According to the true Intent and meaning of the Within Deed and at the same time Also Came Mary the Wife of the said Henry Fitch who being privately Examined according to an Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided did likewise acknowledge the said Land & premisses to be the Right of the said Snowden his heirs & assigns for Ever Taken and acknowledged before me William Lach Recorded Sep.r 18.th 1724 |
