(308)     thereunto belonging the aforesaid three Negroes Slaves and Likewise the afd
             Cattle sheep hoggs and horse and Mare unto the said Daniel Maud and
             Sam.ll Hewit their heirs and assignes forever without Impeachm.t of or for
             any Manner of waste to the proper use and behoof ^of^ them the said Daniel
             Maud & Sam.ll Hewit their heirs and Assignes forever Provided always
             and upon condition Nevertheless that if the said Eliz.a Welsh and Rich.d Welsh
             their heirs Executors administrators and assignes or either of them shall and will
             and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the afd Dan.ll Maud & Sam.ll Hewet
             their heirs or assignes the full and just sum of one hundred & forty pounds
             fifteen shillings and three pence Sterl Money at or upon the first day of 
             June which shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and
             thirty three free and clear of and from all manner of Charges Impositions
             whatsoever & howsoever that then and from thence forth this present grant
             bargain and sale of all the premisses afd shall cease determine and be
             utterly void frustrate and of none Effect or Else the same shall stand
             and remain in full force power and virtue any thing in these presents Cont.d to
             the Contrary thereof in anywise Notwithstanding And the s.d Eliz.a Welsh
             and Richard Welsh for themselves their heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every of them
             do hereby Covenant promise and grant to and with the said Dan.ll Maud
             and Samuel Hewit their heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs that in case default
             Shall be made of or in payment of the said sum of one hundred & forty
             pound fifteen Shillings and three pence before herein Mentioned (with
             Lawfull Interest Commencing from the first day of June 1733) or any part
             thereof at the times herein before specifyed that then & from thenceforth
             and at all times afterwards it shall and may be lawfull to and for the said
             Dan.ll Maud and Samuel Hewit their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs and assignes to enter
             into have hold use Occupy possess and Enjoy all the afd fifty one Acres of
             Land and premisses thereon with its appurtenances and unto and upon
             the aforesaid three Negroe Slaves and the Cattle Sheep hoggs horse and Mare
             and all other the hereby granted premisses to the safe and proper use and
             behoof of them the said Dan.ll Maud and Samuel Hewit their heirs and
             assignes as by these presents before granted without any Lawfull lett
             such trouble denial disturbance or Interruption of from or by them the
             said Elizabeth Welsh and Richard Welsh their heirs or assignes or from or
