(309) by any other person or persons whatsoever
and that then they the said Eliz.a Welsh and Richard Welsh shall and will make doe acknowledge suffer and Execute all & every such further Act and Acts thing and things device and Devices whatsoever for the further and better conveying assuring and suremaking of the aforesaid fifty one Acres of Land the aforesaid three Negro Slaves and alsoe the aforesaid Cattle sheep hoggs horse and Mare and all other the hereby granted premisses unto the said Dan.ll Maud and Sam.ll Hewit their heirs and assignes forever as by the said Dan.ll Maud and Sam.ll Hewit their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes or them or their Council Learned in the Law shall be advised devised or required and then ^they^ the said Eliz.a Welsh and Richard Welsh their heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs the afd fifty one Acres of Land three Negroe Slaves Cattle hoggs sheep horse and Mare and all other the hereby Granted premisses to the said Dan.ll Maud and Sam.ll Hewit their heirs and assignes against them the said Eliz.a Welsh and Richard Welsh their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs and assignes and against all other persons whatsoever shall & will Warrant and for ever Defend and it is agreed by and between the said parties to these presents that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said Eliz.a Welsh and Richard Welsh their heirs and assignes to have hold use occupie and receive and take all thereunto Issues and profits of the aforesaid hereby granted premisses untill Default shall be made in the payment of the afd sum of one hundred & fourty pound fifteen Shillings and three pence without any Let such trouble denyal or Interuption of them the said Dan.ll Maud and Samuel Hewet their Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes In Wittness whereof the said Eliz.a Welsh and Rich.d Welsh have hereunto affixed their hands and seals the day and year first above written her mark Eliz.a E Welsh seal On the back of the aforegoing Instrum.t was thus Endorst viz.t Richard Welsh seal Signed Sealed & Delivered In the presence of us Octob.r 21.st 1728 Then Came before me the Joseph Land Charity Welsh Subscriber (one of the Justices of the Provinciall Court John Poller his mark of Maryland) Eliz.a Welsh and Richard Welsh John Watkins Parties to the within deed and Acknowledged the same and the Land Negroes Cattle Sheep hoggs horse and mare therein mentioned to be the right of the within named Dan.ll Maud and Sam.ll Hewit their heirs and assignes At the same time Came Charity Welsh of Wife of the said Richard Welsh and being privatly Examined out of the hearing of her (husband) |
