(304)     unto him the said Samuel Harrison his heirs and assignes for ever and the s.d
             Richard Harrison partie to these presents for himself his heirs Ex.rs and
             Administrators and for every of them doth by these presents covenant promise
             grant and agree to and with the said Samuel Harrison his heirs & assignes
             in Manner and form following that is to say that he the said Rich.d Harrison
             and his heirs Ex.rs and Admd.s the afd Lands and premisses with the
             appur to hereby bargained and sold and Every part and parcels thereof
             unto the said Samuel Harrison his heirs and assignes ag.t the said Richard
             Harrison and his heirs and all and Every other person & persons whatsoever
             shall and will forever hereafter warrant and by these presents Defend
             And alsoe that he the said Richard Harrison at the time of the ensealing
             and Delivery hereof hath in himself good right full power & Lawfull
             and Absolute Authority to grant bargain and sell the afd parts of the
             two tracts of Land and premisses afd w.th the appurts unto him the said
             Samuel Harrison his heirs and assignes in Manner and form aforesaid
             and further that he the said Richard Harrison at the time of the Ensealing
             and Delivery hereof is and standeth Lawfully and rightfully seized in
             his own Right of and in the said Lands and premisses w.th the appurts
             hereby bargained and sold as of a good sure perfect pure absolute and
             indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple without any condition
             Qualifycation power of Revocation use trust or other Matter or thing
             whatsoever to alter Change abridge determine or Evict the same And
             alsoe that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said Sam.ll Harrison
             his heirs and assignes & every of them from time to time and at all times
             for ever hereafter quietly and peacebly to have hold use occupie possess
             and Enjoy the said Lands and premisses with the appurts hereby bargained
             and Sold and every part and parcell ^of^ thereof with out the Lawfull let
             such trouble Eviction Ejection or Molestation or Denyall of him the said
             Richard Harrison his heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes or any other person or persons
             whatsoever And that free and Clear and freely and Clearly Acquitted
             Exonerated and Discharged or otherwise by him the said Rich.d Harrison
             his heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs well and Sufficiently saved harmless and kept
