                   This Indenture made the tenth day of August in the year of our
             Lord God One thousand seven hundred and twenty eight Between
             Richard Harrison of Philadelphia County in the Province of Pensilvania
             Merchant and Hannah his wife of the one part and Samuel Harrison
             of Ann Arundell County in the Province of Maryland Merchant of the other
             par Witnesseth that the said Richard Harrison for and in Consideration of the
             sum of six hundred and fifty pounds sterl to him the said Richard in hand
             ^already^ paid by the said Samuel Harrison Have Given Granted bargained Sold as by
             these presents they the said Richard Harrison and Hannah his wife Doe for
             themselves severally and their heirs Give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff
             Confirm and make over unto the said Samuel Harrison his heirs & assignes
             for ever all those parts of two tracts ^or parcell^ of Land one Called Abbington Mannor
             the other Called Dowsdale that were Devised and bequeathed unto the said
             Richard Harrison his heirs and assignes for ever by Richard Harrison father
             of Samuel and Richard partys to these presents some time of Calvert County
             in the aforesaid province of Maryland Gentleman deced as in and by the last
             will and Testament of Richard the father bearing date on or about the
             tenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
             thirteen may appear which said two tracts of Land Called Abbington Manor
             and Dowsdale as afd were Conveyd unto the said Richard Harrison the father
             and Seth Biggs the seventh day of November in the sixth year of the
             reign of the Lady Anne Queen of Great Brittain in the year of our
             Lord one thousand seven hundred and seven by Mess.rs John Hyde and
             Isaac Millner of London Merchants for the Consideration in the Deed
             of Conveyance Exprest as in and by the said deed relation being thereunto
             had it doth and may more fully and at Large appear together w.th all and
             singular the Improvements Conveyances and Advantages to the parts so
             bequeathed as aforesaid belonging or in any Manner of way appertaining
             to the only use and behoofe of him the said Samuel Harrison his heirs
             and assignes for ever and to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever
             To have and to hold the parts of the afd Abbington Mannor & Dowsdale
             bequeathed by Richard Harrison the father to Richard Harrison His son
             and partie to these presents together with all and singular the Improvements
             to the parts of the said Lands so bequeathed as aforesaid belonging
