(305)    Indemnified of and from all and all Manner of former and other Gifts grants
             bargains sales leases Estates Joyntures Dowers titles of Dower (and Especially the
             Joynter or Dower of Hannah Harrison the now wife of the said Rich.d Harrison)
             wills Intails Rents and Arrears of Rents and of and from all other titles Charges
             troubles and Incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted done acknowledged
             Levied Executed or Suffered or to be had made ^Comitted^ done Acknowledged Leveyed
             Executed suffered by the said Richard Harrison his heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs or any
             other person or persons whatsoever the Rents and services which shall hereafter
             become due always foreprised and Excepted In Testimony whereof the
             parties to these presents have Interchangeably set their hands and affixed
             their seals the day and year first above Mentioned

                                            Harrison of Maryland and that she doth consent thereto
