(300) x.d  This Indenture made the Eighth day of March in y.e
                Year of Our Lord God One Thousand seven hundred and
                Twenty seven Between William Maria Farthing
                of S.t Marys County in the Province of Maryland yeoman
                of the one part and Nicholas Lowe of the same County
                and Province Esq.r of the other part Witnesseth that
                Whereas In pursuance of the Directions of an Act of
                Assembly of the Province of Maryland ^aforesaid^ begun & held
                at the City of Annapolis on Tuesday the tenth day of
                October Last the said William Maria According to the
                Directions aforesaid made his Certain Deed of Conveyance
                Duly Indented Executed and Acknowledged the Eighth
                day of January last by which Deed he According to
                the Directions aforesaid made over sundry Tracts of
                Land unto John Baker Gen.t High Sheriff of the County
                aforesaid for the use of the Creditors of him the said
                William Maria as by the same Deed relation being
                thereunto had may more fully & at Large appear in
                which said Deed of Conveyance so as aforesaid Made
                there was Included one Tract of Land in the Distribution
                of the Land so as aforesaid Conveyed and Surrendred said
                to be a parcell of Land Called Kent Fort Mannor lying upon
                Kent Island on the south side thereof formerly belonging
                to Daniel Moye of S.t Mary.s County was allotted unto
                the said Nicholas Lowe as part of his the said Lowes
                Equall part and Dividend of the Lands of the said
                William Maria Farthing as by the minutes & particulars
                of the said Distribution so as aforesaid made now remaining
                in the Clerks office of S.t Mary.s County Court relation being
                thereunto had may more fully and at Large appear
                Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the
                said William Maria Farthing for and in Consideration
                abovesaid hath and Doth by these presents (and for
                as much as there is in the Deed to the said Farthing to
                make seperate Deeds for Each and Every parcel of
                                                                                     (Land)
