(301)     Land therein Mentioned to Each and Every Creditor to whom
             the same Lands by the Directions aforesaid be
             allotted & appropriated as by the same Deed now Likewise
             as above said remaining relation being there unto had may
             more fully and at Large appear) Give Grant Bargain Sell
             Alien Enfeofe Transferr make over and Confirm unto him the
             said Nicholas Lowe Esq.r his heirs and assignes for Ever all y.t
             the aforesaid Tract or parcell of Land Called Kent Fort Mannor
             aforesaid lying scituate and being in Kent Island aforesaid
             Butted and Bounded as by a Deed for the same Land from Rich.d
             Moy son and heir of Daniel Moy above named as by
             the same Deed now Remaining upon the Records of S.t Marys
             County relation being thereunto had may more fully & at
             Large Appear And the said William Maria Doth hereby
             for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators
             further Covenant promise Grant and Agree to & with y.e
             said Nicholas Lowe his heirs & assigns that he the said
             William Maria the above Mentioned Bargained and Sold
             Land and premisses with their and Every of their appurtenances
             unto the said Nicholas Lowe his heirs and assigns
             Against the Lawfull Claim or Claims of him the said
             William Maria Farthing his heirs Executors and Administrators
             and of & from the all and Every person
             or persons Whatsoever Lawfully Claiming or to Claim
             of from by or under him them or any of them shall
             and will Warrant and for Ever by these presents maintain
             and Defend In Testimony ^whereof^ the said William Maria Farthing
             hath hereunto set his hand & affixed his seal y.e
             Day and year first above Mentioned
