(298)    And will within y.e space of Thirty days from the Date
             hereof Deliver unto the said James his heirs Executors
             Administrators or Assignes all Deeds writeings Estripts
             that any manner of way Concern the right & Title
             of the aforesaid Two Tracts of Land And that such
             Wrightings so to be delivered shall fully & Clearly
             shew & deduce a full and Clear Title from the originall
             Pattentees to the said Thomas Lingan his heirs &
             assignes for ever And further the said Tho Lingan
             Doth for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators
             Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and
             with y.e said James Carroll his heirs and assignes that
             he the said Thomas Lingan & his heirs shall and will
             from time to time & at all times hereafter at y.e
             Reasonable request and at y.e Cost & Charge in the Law
             of him the said James Carroll his heirs and assignes doe
             Make Acknowledge suffer and Execute any further
             Deed or Instrument in Writing such as the said James Carroll
             his heirs or assigns his or their Councell Lerned in the
             Law shall reasonably Devise advise or Require for
             the further and better assurance surety & sure makeing
             the Lands and premisses aforesaid unto him the
             said James Carroll his heirs and assigns for ever provided
             Nevertheless & it is the true intent and meaning of the
             above Deed & of the Parties thereunto that of the above
             Mentioned Thomas Lingan his heirs Exr.s or Administrators
             shall and will pay & sattisfye unto the said
             James Carroll his Executors Administrators ^or assignes^ the aforesaid
             sume of Four hundred & Forty pounds ten shillings
             and one penny Current Money with y.e Legall Intrest
             thereof at or upon the Twelfth day of July then Next
             the above Deed to be void Otherwise to stand remain &
             be according to the purport thereof in full force & virtue
             in Law In Testimony whereof the said Thomas &
             Charles partys to these presents have hereunto affixed their
             seales the Day & Year first above Written
