(297)    Land and premisses aforesaid with the appurtenances unto him
             the said James Carroll his heirs and assigns in manner and
             form aforesaid And Further that he the said Tho Lingan
             at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery hereof in & standeth
             Lawfully and Rightfully seized in his own right of and in
             the said Lands and premisses with the appurtenances hereby
             Bargained and sold of a Good sure perfect pure absolute
             and indefezable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple without
             any Condition Quallification power of Revocation use
             Trust or other Matter or thing whatsoever to alter Change
             abridge determine or Evict the same And Alsoe that
             it shall & may be lawfull to and for the said James
             Carroll his heirs & assigns & every of them from time to time
             and at all Times for ever hereafter quietly and peaceably to
             have hold use occupy posses and Enjoy the said Lands and
             Premisses with the appurtenances hereby bargained & sold
             and Every part & parcell of them without the Lawfull lett
             suite Trouble Eviction Ejection Molestation or Denyall of
             him the said Thomas Lingan his heirs Exec.ts Administrators ^or^ and
             assigns or any other person or persons whatsoever And
             that free and Clear & freely & Clearly Acquitted Exonorated
             and Discharged or otherwise by him the said Tho Lingan
             his heirs Ex.rs and Administrators well & sufficiently saved
             harmless & kept Indemnified of & from all & all manner
             of Former other gifts Grants Bargains sales Leasses
             Estates Jointures Dowers Titles of Dowers (And Especially
             the Joynture or Dower of Martha now Wife of the
             said Thomas Lingan) Wills intayles Rents and arrears of
             Rents and of and from all other Titles Charges Troubles
             & Incumbrances whatsoever had made Committed done acknowledged
             Levyed Executed or suffered or to be had made
             Committed done acknowledged Levyed Executed or suffered by
             the said Thomas Lingan his heirs Executors or Adminis.rs
             or any other person or persons whatsoever And the said
             Thomas Lingan doth for himself his heirs Executors and
             Administrators Covenant promise and agree to & with y.e
             same James Carroll his heirs & assigns that he the said
             Thomas Lingan his heirs Executors or Administrators shall
