(294)     from time to time and at all times for Ever hereafter warrant
             and Defend the aforesaid One Thousand acres of Land
             and premisses hereby intended to be granted as also y.e several
             Negroes and Cattle aforesaid together with their increas from
             all former Bargains sales leases titles and incumbrances
             whatsoever and against all manner of persons whatsoever
             unto the said Ariana Bordley his heirs and assigns for
             Ever the Rent & services hereafter to grow due to y.e Lord
             Propry Excepted Provided always and it is the True
             Intent and Meaning of the parties to these presents that
             in Case the said Henry Evans his Executors or Administrators
             shall at or before the Eighteenth Day of September
             Which shall be in the year of Our Lord God One Thousand
             seven hundred Thirty seven pay or Cause to be
             paid unto the said Ariana Bordley her Executors Adm.rs or
             assigns the above sums of Three hundred Fifty Eight pounds
             Nine shillings Sterling and One hundred and six pounds
             Current Money with Legall Intrest for the said sums yearly
             and every year During the said Term of Tenn Years & to
             be paid on the Eighteenth Day of September Yearly that
             then this Deed and all the Clauses and Covenants therein
             Contained are to be Void and of no Effect otherwise to be
             of full force and Virtue in Law in Witness whereof
             the parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably
             set their hands and seales the Day & Year first above
