(293)    Indenture further Witnesseth that the said Henry
             Evans for & in Consideration of the sume of Three hundred
             fifty Eight pounds Nine shillings sterlings & one
             hundred & six pounds Current Money to him the said Henry
             Evans in hand well & Truly paid by the said Ariana
             Bordley at or before the sealing and Delivery hereof the
             Receipt whereof he Doth hereby acknowledge & thereof
             Doth Acquit & Discharge the said Ariana Bordley
             her heirs and assigns by these presents he the s.d Henry
             Evans hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Alliened
             Enfeofed & Confirmd & by these presents he Doth Give
             Grant bargain sell alien feoff & Confirm unto the
             said Ariana Boardley & to her heirs & assigns for Ever
             all that ^the^ said Tract or parcell of Land situate bounded and
             being as afd and Containing One thousand acres as aforesaid
             together also with all and singular the premisses & appurtenances
             thereto belonging or in any Wise appe^r^taining And
             the said Henry Evans hath also in Consideration of y.e sums
             of money af.d given Granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffd
             and Confirmd and by these presents he doth give Grant bargain
             sell alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Ariana Bordley
             her Executors Administrators ^and Assignes^ severall Negroes hereafter
             mentioned that is to say Guy Jack Jone Pegg & Mimba a
             Girll as also sixteen head of Black Cattle Mark.d with a Crop
             Slit & under Keal in Each Ear together with the Increase of y.e
             said Negroes and Cattle to have and to hold the af.d one Thousand
             Acres of Land hereby Intended to be Granted together
             with all the houses out houses Edificies buildings barns stables
             gardens orchards fencings all and every of the appurtenances
             thereunto Belonging or any ways appertaining to y.e
             said Ariana Bordley her heirs & assigns for ever to and
             for the only proper use and behoofe of the said Ariana
             Bordley her heirs and assigns and to no other use intent
             or purpose whatsoever as also to have and to hold the afd
             Negroes and Cattle together with there increas to the said
             Ariana Bordley her Executors Administrators or assigns & to no
             other Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Henry Evans
             for himself his heirs Executors & Administrators Doth Covenant
             Grant and agree to and with the said Ariana Bordley her heirs
             and assigns that he the said Henry Evans shall and will
