(290)    His heirs & assigns and Every of them shall and will from
             time to time when here unto required Doe make
             acknowledge suffer and Execute or Cause to be made
             Done acknowledged suffered and Executed all and every
             such further Act and Acts thing or things assurances &
             Conveyances in the Law whatsoever as by the said Robert
             Boon or his heirs and assigns or his or their Councell Learned
             in the Law shall be reasonably Devised advised or requird
             for the further and better assurance of all and singular
             the premisses before mentioned unto him the said Robert
             Boon his heirs and assigns for Ever And and the said
             George Brown and Mary his Wife doth hereby for himself
             his heirs and assignes Covenant promise Grant &
             Agree to and with the said Rob.t Boon his heirs and assigns
             that he the said George Brown and Mary his Wife at
             the Time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents
             is seized of and in the said Two hundred and Fifty six
             Acres of Land and premisses of Good Firm right full
             and Indefiezable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple
             without any Condition or limatation which may alter
             Change or Defeate the same and that the said Robert
             Boon his heirs and assignes shall and may for ever peaceably
             and quietly have hold Occupy possess and Enjoy
             the said Land and premisses without the Let suite
             Trouble or Disturbance of the said George Brown &
             Mary his Wife his heirs or assigns of any other person
             or persons whatsoever And also that he the said George
             Brown and Mary his Wife his heirs and assigns shall
             and will at all times hereafter Warrant and Defend
             the said Land and premisses unto him the said Robert
             Boon his heirs & assignes against the Clayme of
             all Manner of person or persons whatsoever or
             against any manner of Claime Intanglement or
             Incumbrance or any other Defect whatsoever any
             Thing to the Contrary herein Notwithstanding
             In Witness whereof the said George Brown and Mary his
