(291) Wife hath hereunto sett their hand and seale
the day and year above Written George Browne seale Signed Sealed and Mary Browne seale Delivered in the Presence of us Test Thomas Tipton Francis Hinckley On the back of the aforegoing Indenture is thus Ind.d as followeth viz.t Memorandum that this thirteenth day of July in y.e Year of our Lord God One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty Eight came before us Two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Baltimore County in the province of Maryland the within named George Brown & acknowledged the within writing to be his Act and Deed and that the Land and premisses with y.e appurtenances within Mentiond to be the Right of the within Named Robert Boon his heirs & assigns for Ever and at the same time likewise Came before us Mary Brown the Wife of the within named George Brown who being by us secretly Examined out of the hearing of her said husband Did freely & volintary without any fear or Threats of her said Husband Give up all her right Title & Dower Claime and Demand whatsoever that she now hath or hereafter may have to the within Named parcell of Land and Premisses with y.e appurtenances but acknowledged that the said Land and premisses with y.e appurtenances to be the right of the within Named Robert Boon his heirs & assignes for Ever & Desired that the same might be Recorded in y.e Provintiall Court In Testimony whereof we have hereunto subscribed our Names the Day and Year above Written John Cockey Recorded July y.e 22.d 1728 Richard Gist |
