(289) It being part of both the before Named parcells
of Land beginning at a bounded ash of Charles Merrymans horse pasture standing on the East Side of Joneses falls & by the falls side under a steep hill & running over the falls North West sixty perches to a bounded Gumm on the side of a hill then south West and by West Forty Eight perches to a bounded white oak on the side of a Hill between Two branches then south sixty seven Degrees and a half West One hundred and sixty perches to three Bounded Black Oaks then North fifty six Degrees and a Quarter West One hundred and Eighty perches to a bounded White Oak then North seventy Degrees East Four hundred and Twenty perches to the falls then within a Direct Line To the first Tree Containing and laid out for Two hundred and Fifty six acres of Land together with all the ways Passages Woods & Underwoods Timber and Timber Trees Water and Water Courses whatsoever and all other the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the said Land all and singular Other the premisses with the appurtenances aforesaid unto him the said Robert Boon his heirs & assigns for Ever And the said George Brown ^and Mary his wife himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth hereby Coven.t promise and Agree to and with said Rob.t Boon his heirs & Assignes that he the said George Browne^ his heirs Executors & Administrators and Every of them shall and will from Time to time and at all times hereafter Exonerate Acquit and Discharge or otherwise save & keep harmless as well the said Robert Boon his heirs and assigns as also all the said Two hundred and Fifty six Acres of Land and Premisses and all the appurtenances before Mentioned hereby bargained and sold or Intended to be hereby Conveyed as aforesaid with all and singular y.e premisses with their appurtenances and Every part and parcell thereof Clear and free from all bargains sailes joyntures Dower Title or Dower statutes judgments Recognizences Executions rent Charges arrearages of Rent forfiture and all other Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever had made or done at any time before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents by him the said George Brown and Mary his Wife or by any person or persons Whatsoever and also that he the said George Brown (his) |
