(288)    July the 17.th Anno Domini seventeen hundred and Twenty
             Eight Then Came the above named Mathew Howard
             the Party to the above Deed and Acknowledged the
             same as his Act and Deed and the Land and premisses
             therein Contained to be the right and Estate of the
             above named Anne Price her heirs and assigns for
             Ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of
             the same deed and the Act of Assembly of this province
             In such Cases made and provided Taken and acknowledged
             before me the subscriber one of his Lordships
             Justices of the Prov.ll Court the day & year last Mentiond

             the Year of our Lord God Annoq.r Domini One Thousand seven
             Hundred and Twenty Eight between George Brown and
             Mary his Wife of Baltimore County in the Province of
             Maryland Planter of the one part & Robert Boon of
             Ann Arundell County Planter of the other part Witnesseth
             that the said George Brown and Mary his Wife for &
             In Consideration of the sum of Fifty pounds sterling to
             him in hand paid or secured to be paid the receipt
             whereof he the said George Brown & Mary his Wife
             Doth hereby acknowledge & doth Clearly acquitt
             Exonerate and Discharge the said Robert Boon his heirs
             and assigns for Ever hath Given Granted bargained sold
             aliened Enfeofed and Confirmd & by these presents he doth
             Give grant bargain sell aliene Enfeofe and Confirm
             unto the said Robert Boon his heirs and assigns for Ever a
             parcell of Land lying in Baltimore County Lying on the
             West side of Joneses Falls Called by the name of Edwards
             and Wills Valleys and hills and part of the Enlargment
