(287)    And the said Mathew Howard for himself his heirs Executors
             and Administrators and for Every of them Doth hereby
             Further Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with
             the said Ann Price her heirs and assigns and Every of them
             in manner and form following that is to say that he
             the said Mathew Howard and his heirs the above mentioned
             Five hundred acres of Land and all other the Bargained
             premisses with all and Every the rights members & appurtenances
             mentioned and sold as aforesaid and Every part and
             parcell thereof unto her the said Anne Price her heirs &
             assigns to the only proper use benefitt and behoof of her
             the said Ann Price her heirs and assigns for ever against
             him the said Mathew Howard and his heirs and against
             all and Every other person and persons Whatsoever Claiming
             or to Claim any right Title Estate Intrest Claim property
             or Demand whatsoever and by any ways and means whatsoever
             shall and will warrant acquit and for Ever by these
             presents Defend And lastly that he the said Mathew
             Howard and his heirs shall and will from time to time
             and at all times for Ever hereafter all y.e reasonable
             Request and proper Costs and Charges in the Law whatsoever
             of her the said Ann Price her heirs or assignes make do
             and suffer such further and other assurance or assurances
             Conveyance or Conveyances in the Law whatsoever
             of the hereby bargained premisses for the more perfect
             assurance surety and more sure makeing of the same
             unto the said Ann Price her heirs & assignes be it by
             Enrolment of these presents or by any other ways and
             Means in the Law as her or their Councill Lerned in
             the Law shall advise Devise or require in Witness
             Whereof the party first above Mentioned hath to these
             presents Indented set his hand and affixed his seale
             the day and year first above Written
